Our organic project in the world of Prosecco represents a return to our roots. Motivated by the desire to recover the traditions and authentic values that have always inspired the creation of our wines, we have embraced organic farming to preserve the natural balance and to offer products that are authentic, good, engaging, healthy for the environment and for consumers.

Our organic sparkling wines are made from grapes cultivated with passion and care according to organic farming principles. We exclude the use of chemical fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides and artificial herbicides to enhance nature and respect the ecosystem. Not only does this approach improve the natural fertility of the soil but it also allows the vines to absorb essential minerals naturally, developing a better resistance to diseases.
